Make your services
easier to find,

engage.

TechNurse helps consultancies, labs, CROs, usability experts, regulatory specialists and other service providers present their capabilities in a MedTech and Pharma specific framework and get matched to projects that need exactly their expertise.

“TechNurse gives us qualified project requests and reliable access to healthcare professionals. We can focus on our expertise, while TechNurse supports matching, recruiting and project coordination.”

Why join

Turn your expertise into a visible healthcare service offering.

Most service providers are not discovered because their expertise is weak, but because their services are not translated into the way MedTech and Pharma teams compare, evaluate and access support. TechNurse helps you present your capabilities in a structured healthcare-specific framework.

Be visible in the right context

Your profile is structured by service category, product lifecycle phase, regulatory environment, industry, market, location and scope. This helps customers quickly understand where your expertise fits.

Get matched with qualified project requests

When a customer request requires expertise beyond participant recruiting, TechNurse matches suitable service partners based on their verified profile, service focus and project fit.

Add reliable HCP recruitment to your own offer

For your own projects, TechNurse can provide qualified healthcare professionals and handle contracting, scheduling, documentation and payout management, so participant recruiting no longer limits delivery.

Strengthen your position before the first call

Each project recommendation includes clear positioning. Customers see why your company was suggested, what you are the right fit for and where the project scope may need alignment.

Receive a dedicated TechNurse partner page

Approved service partners receive a dedicated public profile page on TechNurse, creating an additional healthcare-focused entry point and a backlink to their own website.

Partner profile

More than a directory entry.

Your TechNurse profile helps us understand where your expertise fits, where it does not fit, and which customer requests should be matched with your services.

Get matched with the right projects

Your profile captures the information needed for precise matching: service portfolio, target markets, industries, regulatory environments, locations, product lifecycle phases and areas of specialization.

Build trust before the first conversation

Your public partner page presents the information customers need to evaluate your fit: tagline, selected services, areas of expertise, trust factors, website, sales materials and relevant proof points.

Always matched within the right scope

Internal scope filters help TechNurse route only suitable requests to your team, including project size, excluded areas, partial-fit rules, service boundaries and preferred contact routing.

Pricing logic

Free to be listed. Paid only when a match succeeds.

There is no upfront cost to become listed as a TechNurse service partner. Customers see your service offer separately from the TechNurse platform and matching fee. The fee only applies if the customer selects your offer.

Commercial structure

The exact fee depends on the TechNurse effort required to qualify the request, structure the project brief and support the matching process.

  • Matching and platform fee3-10%
  • Fee triggerOnly if selected
  • Calculation basisLowest estimate included in line-up
  • Billing routePartner or TechNurse
  • If billing runs through TechNurse, we request the final service offer after customer selection and formally accept it to initiate the project. If billing runs through the partner, TechNurse remains responsible for the matching and platform fee structure.

Neutrality rule

The matching fee is calculated as a percentage of the lowest cost estimate included in the customer line-up, not based on your individual price. This keeps TechNurse neutral when presenting different partner options.

Individual commercial agreements do not influence the best-fit ranking. Core Partners may receive additional visibility, but they cannot replace partners that are a stronger fit for the customer request.

Core Partnership is built for partners with recurring HCP recruiting needs.

Project matching

From project brief to a structured partner line-up.

When TechNurse matches you with a service request, you do not receive an unqualified lead. You receive the project context, requested services, relevant product and regulatory information, participant requirements and a dedicated workspace to prepare your service offer.

Clear positioning in the line-up

Customers receive a comparable partner line-up, not a paid ranking. Your position is based on project fit and highlights why your company is relevant for the request. The customer receives a comparable partner line-up, not a paid ranking.

Built for fast and informed offers

You usually have five days to submit your service offer. Later submissions may still be possible, but may no longer be included in the full customer comparison.

Your earliest delivery date is shown separately from participant availability, so customers can clearly understand how fast you can deliver.

Submitting a service offer usually takes only 20-40 minutes.

Prepared project brief

TechNurse provides a structured view of the customer request, so you can assess project fit without a long qualification process.

Product context
TechNurse summarizes the product, intended workflow and relevant use environment, so your offer can address the actual development or validation need.

Regulatory context
Where available, you see the regulatory environment, intended use, risk class, identifiers and relevant previous project information. If details are missing, you can address the uncertainty directly in your offer.

Participant sessions
If the project includes interviews, usability sessions or field feedback, TechNurse shows the participant scope, target groups, session duration, location and process requirements.

Clarify scope before you commit

The TechNurse briefing gives you a clear view of the project scope, expected outcomes and customer requirements.
At the same time, your expertise matters. You can flag hidden risks, challenge unclear assumptions and recommend a better setup before submitting your offer.

A match does not mean the requested setup is final. The offer workspace allows you to explain required changes, adjust the scope and submit a revised estimate.

Review requests without commitment

Confidential until submitted
Your service offer is only visible to the customer after you submit it.

No penalty for declining
Declining unsuitable requests does not affect your partner status.
